Third Day's Christmas Offerings Tour with Jars Of Clay is underway and one of the band's guitarists has offered up the following update...
After four shows, our Christmas tour has been nothing short of amazing. It started with a little bit of a "Christmas miracle" as we shifted gears from being in the studio to rehearsing and performing a dozen new songs, all in a few days' time. We have really enjoyed living out these songs on the road and sharing them with others, especially the new songs we wrote for Christmas Offerings. And it's been great to meet and hang out with the fans at the Wired meet and greets. We've always considered our fans to be one big extended family, and that's how it's really felt. Being on the road with our good friends in Jars of Clay has been truly special. We've even managed to work in a little "mash-up" of "Love Song" and "Love Song for a Savior". Through their Blood Water Mission organization, the Jars guys have been an awesome example in sharing their platform with the "least of these". It's been great to partner with Blood Water Mission and also our friends at World Vision on this tour. Most importantly, it's been a chance to bring peace in a time of chaos and remind people of the true meaning of Christmas. Through the gift of Jesus, we can say that "God is with us"... from Mark Lee

Bassist Tai Anderson also had this little Wired fanclub update to make...
We're very excited about our new fan club, WIRED. As a band, we thrive on interaction with our most enthusiastic fans. They tell us what they like, (and don't like) about our shows and albums, and give us a good gauge of how we can continue to improve. The WIRED meet and greets have been a pretty special part of this Christmas tour. It's been awesome to talk about the shows each night with some familiar faces and new friends we meet in each city. Also, if you haven't checked out the WIRED radio yet, you really should. Each night, a live bootleg of the show is captured, then placed in the WIRED online radio station the following day. So, WIRED members get to come along on the entire tour! ....from Tai Anderson
